After a full consultation with one of our therapists you will start your day by enjoying the use of Cottingham Parks health facilities. Go for a swim, relax in the jacuzzi, sauna or steam room, then join your therapist for a full menu of wonderful and therapeutic treatments.

Relax and unwind further with the Gingerlily Signature Facial which includes a scalp massage. Complete your treatment with a shampoo and finish by a creative stylist. Includes refreshments.
